Return period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
MadMobb does not accept return requests after this 14-day period.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
All original tags must be attached
The item must be in its original packaging, without damage
You must provide photos of the item and the packaging before sending it back
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
If any of these requirements are not met, MadMobb may decline the return.

Our team will evaluate the request and decide whether the return is accepted based on the condition of the item.

Items returned without prior approval by email will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you wish to change the size, we can process a size exchange as long as the item meets all conditions above.
Please note that a size exchange is optional — customers still retain their EU right to a refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
